As we approach mid winter, come rest with us, snuggled and cacooned in the warm, cosy space of Kula, layering up under warm blankets by the fire.
Our practice begins with gentle movement to awaken the body, as we ease into our day. Your comfort and well-being will be our main focus, as we create space for restorative yoga, gong bath, yoga nidra, yin yoga and sound healing.
